Question Name for the Pulley attached to the fan

I found that problem, the pulley that attaches to this large shaft that connects to the fan is shaking like its having a seizure. I know that its supposed to move a little but its convulsing and I can see the belt moving off its path slightly. What is this pulleys name, is it the water pump pulley? And can I tighten this or do I need a new one?

I don't know about the Rams, but it used to be that pulley was the actual drive pulley. It is connected to the crank and that is what drives the belt and all accessories on the belt. Maybe a crank pulley?

Slow down a bit. Is the pulley tight? Did you check the bolts? The waterpump has a pulley bolted to it that the belt rests on. If the bolts came loose then just tighten up the bolts.
At first I was thinking of a fan clutch, but aint no belt touching the fan clutch in any kind of car, only the pulley that drives it.

The pulley itself seemed fine; the fan sometimes has some play in it; only when I put the belt back on did i see the pulley start wobbling. The pulley wobbles like that when the belts on so like LX said Im thinking it's the water pump; The sound I posted on youtube was probably reverberating through the pully and fan clutch allowing the noise to be heard.
I sometimes notice my coolant temp fluctuates alot so Ive narrowed it down too; 1. Fan Clutch 2.Serpentine tensioner 3.Water Pump. I really dont believe the pulley itself went bad but the water pump inside thus causing the bad vibration!
Smash the hypothesis if you think Im wrong lol ill take any and all ideas before I go to the Stealer.
