So yes the lift is a good lift for what you pay. If your just driving around the city and some dirt roads I would probably go with the rough country. Now if your going off-road off road you can still do the rough country lift but I would suggest to get some different shocks. They do ride a bit stiff but it's not stupidly stiff. I have a 2002 3rd gen with the 6inch lift and it's nice for what i do. I do have a 2wd but what I do is I just got a wench. Works like a charm when you get stuck and its funny to see the guys with 4x4 get pulled out by a 2wd truck. I'm 18 so I can't afford a 4x4 especially in this time.
