rough country 6 inch lift
how are the rough country lifts do any guys on here have them for the 2wd 1500 dodge rams there like half the price as the fabtech and stuff and from what ive read on reviews they dont seem to be that bad the guys at the off road stores around here say there **** but thats probbaly just cus they want me to buy the 2500$ fabtech one from them rather then buying the 1200$ rough country . so yeah and info on whether or not these lifts are ok would be great help thanks guys. I wont be doing much wheeling as im only 2wd but sometimes i like to go on the trails with all my friends iev done it stock and did fine so i figured with the 6 inch lift and some 35's i could probably do 95% of the stuff out there with a locker

i say they have it for a decent price right now for the fabtech one but on there site it says limited time only and im not buying my lift till spring so if its still that price i'll but the fabtech for sure but what i really need to know is if the rough country will last threw a few wheeling trips a year with relatively light wheeling or should i really spend the money for the fabtech

because a 2wd with a locker is pretty much just as good as a 4wd without them unless your doing serious rock crawling or mud bogging my favorite quote is "my huge lifted 4x4 is a huge lifted 2x4 99% of the time" and a 4wd makes it to easy you really dont have to have any skill cus it will get you through the had stuff so much easier theres something to be said about a guy who can make it through the 4x4 trails with a 2wd
