Factory tint and police problems
I heard Gore was already working on that program...
Well tonto, its a figurative analysis of people with power trips who make no money and want to exercise there supposed power over you because they cant afford the things you have or are just as*holes and have nothing else better to do and live in a fantasy land...
Yes, I pay taxes. I have a job, and file my taxes. But then what's the use of fining for tickets? Do they take that money and just sit in the corner somewhere, since taxes pay for the officers. Well no, the tickets help fund police programs. All programs need more funding, so why not use the tickets to fund police stations? Think about this, you have to pay the officers, fuel, electricity, utilities, and all of those other things, and you need money to pay for it. Taxes don't just go to law enforcement, it goes to several other things.
And if you're from out of state, cops target you all that much more. My stepdads father got one ticket in his life for speeding. He was in the center lane of traffic, surrounded front and back by other vehicles. Speed limit 50, everyone was going 75. Out of everyone, he got pulled over. Reason is because more than likely people out of state always pay their ticket rather than fight it, so they can get back home on schedule.
My brother also got a scrape it or pay it once. $92 for his two windows. This cop also told him to get off his 5% tint on the back window. I remember that because my mom got all pissed for him having that dark tint on the back.

I read in a four wheeler magazine about a guy that moved to another state east of NY and he had a Jeep liberty w/the factory lights on the roof w/covers and they would not even let him register it in that state(can't remember which one). So he said he had to sell it back in the state he came from. WTF over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This IS still America is it not???
On the plus side, it was one of the cheapest tickets I've ever had, and CA had online traffic school. While I know I was speeding, I'm sure I was targeted because of my AZ plates.

Bingo.... this happened to me in CA back in early 2001. I was speeding (admittedly), but I was in the middle of at least 8 cars, and we were doing over on a major interstate near LA. A motorcycle officer pulled me out of the group.
