Default painted rims and bumpers

I've seen all you guys doing it and it looks so much better. Plus I was going to buy black rims when i get my new tires but this way much easier and cheaper lol . could probably use another coat but was getting to windy outside.

yeah sure did was alot easier to just mask it off then take everything off

By the lower grey stripe? If your talking about the rocker panels, thats a definite hell yeah!!! Paint it all up!

Alright just finished painting the rocker panels now. I think it looks soooooooo much better like this cant wait to get my new mud terrians and lift.

Sorry its kinda dark and blurry I only had my cell phone camera plus it was gettinn dark outside and my flash just isnt good enough

How long did it take to do with the rims on, how much sanding did you do?

didnt take long at all. I didnt even bother masking the rims just because all the paint was gonna hit was black tires anyways. I actualy just used these sanding fibre pads it was really quick to scuff up the rims and paint. Probably in total took me 2 hours to do everything including all the masking i had to do to paint the rockers. Now mind you i wasnt going for a 100% perfect job, as this is just mainly a camping/wheeling truck. But i think if you wanted to do a really good job it could easily be done in a day, i rather short day too.
