I've settled on purchasing a 1500 4x4 w/ 5.7 Hemi. This truck also has 3.92 gear ratio.

What's your opinion of price and options on this truck?
What is it missing that I should be concerned about?
Or what does it have that I should be concerned about?

I don't 4-wheel much except for snow and occassional trip to the woods. And I pull a ski boat (3500 lbs) some in the summer. I will probably put 33" BFG tires w/ wheels on it. No other performance mods desired for now.

you say your set on buying it so our opinions dont matter on bit but will tell you truck is overpriced so if you want to get robbed so be it my 2 cents

 

looks good to me. i would imagine you could find a better deal elsewhere, but low miles and 1 owner, looks like a good truck.
if your gunna put 33" tires on it you will need a level kit or crank your t-bars.
i wish my truck had the 3.92 gears!

 

i just checked the truck on nada and it clean retails for $18,000, but i still think there are better deals to be had out there.

 

ya book value is always shot by a dealer they prob gave 13k for the truck idd talk them down its at a dealership

the truck already has 33s stock, it doesnt have tbars either because its a 06+ only 02-05 have them. 3.92 gears still suck for these trucks but are better than the crappy 3.55s...

honeslty like everyone else has said you could probably get this same truck for $13k-$14k. just a side note if you do a leveling kit-2.5 inch in front and get some 1/4 wheel spacers you could fit 35s no probelm, and BFGs are way overrated and a ripoff shop around for better tires for a better price.

 

Great looking truck, everything looks good with it, but you can walk on a lot in my area and find that truck with about a $16,995 sticker on it and walk away with it for between $14-$15k..

 

Not bad. The mileage is high, but terribly so. Edmund's say $18K as well.
