Anyone know if the guys at Moesperformance are out of town or even alive?? I order my LT headers 2 weeks ago and I havent heard anything from them...im gettin ticked. Their voicemail box is full so I cant leave anymore voicemails (only left 5!!) and I'm tired of e-mailing them. Whats the deal? Anyone? thanks

 

Keep trying to call Bob. He is a one man show and tends to get very busy. Don't give up on the guy he provides the best customer service try emailing him also.

He's gone out of his way to help me and a ALLOT of people out.

That is really odd. Bob has always had the best customer service I have ever experienced.

 

He still does-------it's just him at his bussiness and his webmaster running the site.
I had a tough time reaching him also, but got a hold of him last 2 saturdays placed my order and got my tires on a thursday--------less than a week.
And I will continue to buy stuff from moesperformance.

i just got an email from him today letting me know my AirRaid MIT and AT3030 are shipping out today! hes an awesome guy, great customer service, just gets really busy sometimes i assume. hang in there, youll get your headers soon enough.

 

Hmm... hopefully the new gears I got installed yesterday and today will keep me distracted. I just hope the headers get here by Saturday so I can install them this weekend. On my way to pick up the truck now with the 4.56 and Auburn installed.

 

I will give him a call tomorrow and see if I can catch him and let him know that your headers have not arrived yet.
