get the hacksaw out and cut the cat off, replace with some pipe, do the non fouler trick with the o2 sensor, and cel gone and your truck will rumble!!

or seriously... you could have a bad o2 sensor or cat is getting clogged.

of you get rid of your cat, your o2 sensor will throw a cel.
the trick is to get a sparkplug nonfouler ( i used 2 on my durango connected together.
you screw in the nonfouler to the o2 bung and plug the o2 sensor into that.
what it does is takes the o2 sensor out of the flow of exhaust only letting the o2 read a lil bit of exhaust gasses. hence not dectecting the elevated levels of bad gasses or whatever.

Usually a bad sensor is the culprit.

There is a TSB on this issue. It involves replacing the downstream O2 sensor on the side giving you trouble.. In this case it would be the left side. And the TSB also states to Flash the PCM. The TSB number is 18-016-07. I cannot link to Chryslers TSB due to legal issues....

so would that be a warranty thing then? or no. I remebered I replaced the upstreme sensor in the left side last year due to a code.. but I erased it and it hasnt came back yet. but I only drove it about 10 minutes home from the shop.. I"ll have to keep an eye on it
