I've had an issue on my old truck with similar symptoms in the past - check your battery terminals for corrosion. After not being able to figure it out on my own, I had to get it towed to a local garage. $200 later, that's what the whole problem was caused by. Next, I'd have your electrical system checked - if the battery is still good, if the alternator is giving out enough power, etc. I believe some of the auto parts stores will do this for free or a small charge.

Pretty sure there's a re-learn procedure for those...star scan might be needed. Someone that knows for sure will chime in.

Did you try disconnecting the battery for a little while to see if it would re-learn itself?

if there are any re-learn procedures you'll need to go to the dealer....STARscan can't be used for the trucks till 2006 if i remember right so DRBIII will be needed........try unhooking the battery for 20 min or so and try starting it...see what codes you get to come back, if any.....
