I hate to say it, but welcome to the shudder club. Mine has been like that since November. The dealer replaced the front drive shaft, rebalanced the tires etc etc... nothing worked. After a ton of research I've decided that it might be related to the inner CV joint angle being too steep. What I read is that the inner CV joints used on the '06-'08 RAM 1500's can only handle up to 15 degrees of pinion angle. The level kit puts it over that as far as I can tell.
The strange thing is, my buddy has the same truck, same level kit, but no shudders.
I am going to call KORE tomorrow and pick up their high angle inner CV joint kit for the 1500 and see if that helps. I have my fingers crossed because other than the shudder, I love my truck.

I've heard tell that they went to a different manufacturer and a thinner shaft CV necessary for the coil over front end. But have NEVER gotten anyone to confirm. I didn't like tires over 35's and lifts over 4" of suspension lift on the '02-'05 torsion fronts, I don't know what to tell people on the 06+ trucks.
It's be nice to get a confirmation on this, but I don't think it's something they'd "advertise".
And Subzeroti, don't jump to any conclusions till you have the alignment done, it's gonna vibrate till then, regardless...

I originally had a HBS 2.5" kit, and replaced it with a 2" TGC kit. Both shudder, but the 2" shudders a bit less.

yes, definitely get the alignment. I heard that they switched to some crappy *** Chinese made ones. I hate that it's so hit and miss with the '06-'08's. I'm really hoping the KORE kit works. I'll be sure to let everyone know my results either way.
