Sounds to me like you have a great excuse to buy some more mods for your truck. You need to get that burnout working .

I agree with the other who say that you need a tuneup. Your truck should be able to do a burnout.

I think your using to much brake and not enough throttle, my truck stock would smolder both rear tires off, that was with the stock 20's and wranglers.
No more burnouts now, hate burning off the nitto's

.

Well, Ill do me a little tune up and see what happens. I would actually like to use up these factory tires so I have an exuse to get me some Nitto Terra's and even convince my wife to get me some moto metals. I think those black and chrome wheels are hot. But back on topic,, There is something wrong with a hemi that can't break loose tires w/o powerbreaking.

Yeah, I gotta say you should be able to power those babies in circles, I can in my 5.9 and its not as high output as your hemi, my tires are street tires though for now, its a qc 4X4, 2002 with the 5.9 and first time I romped on it after getting it I even felt the back end move a little on dry pavement, gonna burn up these street tires for some nitto dune grapplers

I think after a tune up you should be able to break those back tires loose. Let us know how it goes for you, and if you do get those tires burning make us a vid .
