sorry guys i didnt get home til like 5pm and all i wanted to do was take off my shoes and have a beer i was so beat! i didn't realize til later that i was so concerned with getting the truck home that i hadn't eaten all day. just a cup of coffee and i was gone. the trip wasn't too bad, it really sucked going up through the mountains but once i got to the top and it was all downhill it was gravy. then i was back in the valley where it's dead flat and the truck drove really nice. there's some tweaks i wanna do of course to get it exactly the way i want it. but at least it's back home now looking fresh & clean. first thing tomorrow i'll take a ton of pics and post a new thread with all the details. i did get a few pics before i started washing it though (of course all my neighbors decided to come over and watch me so it took longer). these pics really don't do it justice though, this thing is friggin HUGE! i can't see into the windows of the semis still, but i'm damn close! it makes minivans look like VW Golfs lol. anyhow here's a few pics:

oh yeah and about the gas mileage, my overhead was ALL wrong, it was saying i was getting 12 mpg freeway but i filled it up before i left and it only took a lil more than 1/4 tank to get home (roughly 120 miles through the mountain passes). when i dropped it off it took 1/2 tank to get there with the stock wheels. so my hwy mileage is definately better even with the weight. ill know more accurate numbers after i adjust the superchips and then again after the gears are in. i used my garmin for the trip to stay within the speed limit. the speedo said i was doing 49 when i was really doing 65
