no just the leveling kit WILL clear 35s. i have 35x13x18 and i dont rub at all with just a leveling kit

It's really hit or miss and you won't know until you actually do it.

 

He doesn't have to take me, I learn a lot from talking to Hammer lol. He can preach to me as much as he wants haha. But I get it now, or at least I'm pretty sure I do. The 35x12.5x20 and 35x12.5x17 are exactly the same height (like if you stood them next to each other they would be equal), but on the 20 the hole in the middle of the tire is 20" in diameter instead of 17, so you lose sidewall to fit the bigger rim in there.

And yeah, I guess I'll have to see if I need the body lift after I get the tires. If I don't HAVE to do a body lift then I suppose I can get the tuner sooner, since they are about the same price. Maybe the body lift down the road if I really want my truck up higher.

 

So I talked to the guy today...Apparently when he went to get his truck aligned he found out he had CV joints that were bad and a rocker arm and some other ****....SO, it's in the shop til sunday...Sunday also happens to be the day he goes out of town for a week...So we can't do this for like a week and a half...I'm so frustrated lol

 

not that bad it gives us more time do the the level and you can just do regular shipping

 

I guess I'm just sketched out that he's going to back out and ill get ****ed...Cuz I was gonna drive to Houston and get those pretty new kuhmos for like 300 bucks...and i NEED new tires if I dont get these...

Speaking of the level...Do you have all the stuff we would need to do it? I have jack stands, but they are not meant for my truck rofl. I tried to use them once before, and they don't even go tall enough to support it when it's sitting unraised...

 

yea i know what u mean.... well if you get those kuhmos then i wouldnt get the level...

i have jackstands, lift and tools, just dont have that one gm tool or whatever

 

Yeah but those kuhmos I told him I was coming Monday...The guy im swapping with wont even be in town again til next sunday...Idk, I e-mailed him to make sure we are good and hopefully he doesn't **** me over
