Default Need Your Opinions Please

I am thinking about painting the truck in May and dropping the chrome to have it color matched. Here is a before and after photo that Jimtete photoshopped for me, this should help with a decision. Here is the before;

After;

Here is a chopped picture of the back bumper;

I plan on painting front and rear bumpers, door handles, I'm replacing my gas cap with the stock one and possibly painting the side mirrors and arms blue. However, I have smoked rain guards that will go well with the window (since it's tinted) if I choose to paint them blue or leave them black. If I leave the rain guards black I would like to leave the side mirrors black and if I choose to paint the rain guards blue I would like to paint the side mirrors and arms blue as well. Any opinions are appreciated.

I like the chrome, but that's just me. If your dead set on getting rid of the chrome mirrors go for the matte black stock mirrors, I don't really care for the gloss.

I'd say if you're going to get rid of the chrome get rid of all of it. The steps and wheels look out of place with color matched bumpers and grill.

It's the bottom portion of the second photo on the bumper, it's the gray area that isn't chopped. I'm just wondering if that's paintable
