To the doubters, consider yourselves proven wrong. I went against the recommendations and all the people that said "you cant put an aggressive cam in a 2003" and did it anyway.

A HUGE thanks to Marty at KRC performance who has done an amazing job already. The truck ran without stalling after the base tune, and after one tweak its running real strong with very little hesitation at idle. After datalogging I'm sure it'll be spot on.

Another big thanks to Mike (weedahoe) who did the write-up I followed, lent me his spring compressor, and offered many words of wisdom and help throughout the install.

I'll be getting more videos up in the coming days, but for now, this crappy one is all i have. Hope you have some loud speakers, cause its REALLY hard to hear.

im so stoked guys...seriously. This has more of a power increase than ALL my other mods combined (and theres quite a list)

Okay so how the hell did you get it tune man? Sounds great this is about the only thing holding me back on several mods is the tuning. Truck sounds good how does it pull down low?

 

im asking myself the same question. All I know is Marty has somewhat of an idea what he is doing He's honestly amazing.

As far as how it pulls, i'll put it this way. I get the same "put you in your seat" feel at 60% throttle that i did before at WOT. I have to launch in 4x4 if i dont want to just sit there and spin...even with the 35's

 

Like what the hell does he tune with? Programmer? Chip? Black magic?

 

Diablo is your only choice for custom tuning with an 03. Its a great choice too...couldnt be happier
