Default just changed my rear diff! so easy a caveman could do it!

ive been putting this off for awhile now but today i finally changed the rear diff myself. i was worried that it would be harder than it was but it was so easy. i took the cover off cleaned it all out and found no metal chunks on the magnet but i did find a layer of black sludge covering the magnet which probably prevented it from collecting the metal shavings. my ram is blacked out but i wanted to add a touch of color so i painted the cover red with caliper paint. i used the permatex 1 minute gasket maker and as soon as i bolted the cover back on i added fluid and had no leaks i did not use a torque wrench - all u need is hand tight then 1/2 a turn till its snug with a wrench. i used royal purple too and its only $11.99 a bottle on amazon.com compared to $19.99 a bottle at local stores. my "c" clips looked good so i left them alone. here r some pics.
