So I unplugged the MAP sensor and it ran great, will be replacing that soon. Although after that it caused the ETC light to come on and throw a P2106 code. Another thing I noticed that was not on my original heads, on the passenger side, front of the cylinder head there is a hole with a rubber grommet in it. It has a hole on each side of it for bolts to go into, unlike the original with only the one hole. I have a picture but I'm not sure how to post it. Any ideas?? When I plug the hole with my finger all the engine noise that was heard in that video is gone and it sounds like a normal truck again. THanks,

No, it probably did, the newer years, I think starting in 04', came with an EGR valve. I cant remeber if the 03's did or not but since you said that yours didn't have one then probably not. In ancase that year engine was meant to have one
