I used a combo of black rvt and silicone on my o2 sensor. You could of used the 90 degree off the tb. it would of taken you too the same place as your filter. With less pvc usage. , but it looks good. thats what matters. You really can't screw this mod up. if you take your time .imo.

Make one, just take a look at the DIY section and look at the diameter of the intake. Many of them sold online cheap are 3, or 3.5 inches in diameter, stock is actually allows a larger volume of air-many of the cheap intakes on Ebay will make you lose power. I'm sticking with my K&N drop in until I have time to make one right-

I've only had my Hemi Ram since the end of July and wanted to do a cold air kit on one myself since I actually make cold air kits for Buick Grand Nationals for my part time business for those cars. After looking around at all the kits out there I decided to go ahead and just buy a Spectre 9932 kit from Jegs instead of doing it myself. For $139.95 plus shipping you can't go wrong. Only issue I had was with the hose they supply for the throttle body connection, too short. Ended up using some silicone hose I had here in my shop and worked perfectly.
