hi, with my conversion kit i connect only the driverside stock light bulb plug connector to the hid conversion kit harness plug connector to work both lights. so will i only use one of these resistor harnesses you said to use even though they ship two of them . the hid wireing harness plug on passenger side does not use the stock harness light plug to power lights on and there is no plug connector on passenger side hid harness that has the stock light plug to plug in ? thank-you

You need both and will use both. One plugs in one the driver side and then the HID harness into it. The other plugs in on the pass side and nothing plugs into it

i am sorry for asking you all these questions its just when i go to a local installer they do not want to help because i didnt buy it from them for 500.00. granted mine cost over a hundred and was told i can install the hid kit and it would work. but come to find out it doesnt and when i call the manufactuer where i bought these from they have limited tech help . what i did was i was able to find a installer more than an hour away and he had that harness . we hooked it up and it still didnt work . he said and i do not know if this is true is he said my ballast i have with my hid kit are slim line ballast and not digital. he said i need a digital ballast or a cambust ballast for this to work with that harness you are talking about ? have you herd of slim line ballast not working and the digital or cambust would work ? thank-you...rob from ct

Most canbus ballast do not work on our trucks because they are cheaply made by overseas manufacturers. Any ballast both full size or slim, analog or digital, 35w or 55w will work on our truck with the right configuration and setup. On the first page we explain why you need load resistors and how they work exactly. I dont mind the questions but read the first page first and then ask.

Im running a full set of HIDs in bkth my headlights and fog. You can click on my link in my signature to go to my gallery and see my pics of my HID setup and the custom resistor harnesses i made for my truck. At the time i didnt know they made and sold them on ebay or i would have bought them and saved both money and time.
