When you use the harness that comes with these kits all the CANBUS is trying to read resistance fron is the relay inside the harness, the relay inside the harness does no provide enough resistance to "trick" the CANBUS but if you wire one ballast to the low beam and one to the high beam side of the factory harness, they do have enough resistance to trick the CANBUS but you have to have one wired to low and one wired to high

And the flashing our trucks wasnt from capacitors in the ballast is was from the CANBUS doing something like a system check because it would do it with relays installed, no ballasts installed or capacitors but you could hear and feel the relays switching open/ closed and my fathers 07 ram 3500 would stop after 5 tries and stay off

I just finished installing a set of bixenon H13 on a 2005 Dodge 2500.
I installed the 4 resistors inplace of the bulbs so I won't get the bulb out warning in the dash.
My problem is that the pass side headlight does not always turn on. When this happens I turn the head lights off then back on and the pass light works properly.
Would this be a ballast or bulb issue?

Thanks for any help

Sounds like you have a bad or loose connection on that side somewhere

Sounds like you did not install the correctly.

Xenon or bixenon? How many resistors did you use?
