First and foremost, check your wires going to the relay against these and make sure you have a 9007 harness and NOT a 9004

Now the first pic is the box. We can skip that one. LOL

Second pic - pretty much everything you need but notice the blue D shaped head light plug has nothing in it.

Third pic - see that wire that has the brown, white, blue wires at the end? Take that blue D shaped plug and take the brown and plug in the middle. Take the white and blue and plug them in on the two other holes of that plug.

Brown is ground (common), blue and white are low and high beam. Now i dont remember which is which on the plug so when you turn on your lights and if they are backwards then swap the blue and white.

You harness is a standard bi-xenon harness. Forget those chitty instructions. One ballast and bulb to each side of the truck.

Mount the ballast and connect one of the cancellers to each ballast. Then connect those two plugs on the harness to those cancellers and put those two ring terminals to a good clean solid ground. Connect the ballast to the bulbs.

There are three plugs on each bulb. Two of those go to the ballast. The one one is a small two pin almost rectangular plug. You will see those on the harness. So plug those from the harness into the bulbs. These are what makes the high beams work.

At this point the only wire that should be left is the main power wire that has the fuse inline on it. I had to extend mine so dont be scared to do so if you need to but obviously it goes to the battery.

So see, thats not hard is it? You really cant screw it up as everything has only one place it can go.

Now, your kit is no different from mine of any other bi-xenon setup except that you have CanBus cancellers and i do not. And I have resistors on mine and you do not.

So connect all of this up and lets see what you get.

Feel free to ask Qs if needed.

Try it and see what you get but I dont like those. They say they (9004) will work but i will hold my comments until you report back.

Should I be asking the sellers for the right ones??? I have some time before I can install them. No need to install them and have to take them back out for inspection and put them back in.

So I dont need 2 harnesses? I can sell my extra?

I appreciate your time and efforts.

My fogs are just simple plug and play, correct?

I dont see how the 9004 would work for the 9007 with those pics.. Seeing how the wires are in different positions and some not even the same.

You can try and feel free to take my pics and show them the one you need. they mix these up all the time because they are exactly the same minus the fact a few wires are switched around. You can also try plugging them up and seeing if they work

Fogs should be PnP. Keep the other harness for now until everything is up and running

Thats my argument also but vendors say they will but just have to swap the wires at the blue plug

Right, for 9007 the brown is in the middle. For 9004 the brown is on the outer pin. Thats why you can to swap them. Idiots sold you 9004 harness with 9007 bulbs.

Im leaving work now but will check on this thread later.

Ok, Cool. So the blue plug plugs into the factory bulb connector? I thought the relay powers them, whats the blue plug for then? And I only have it on one side? (Gulp!)
