Ram cutting out at low acceleration between 45-65mph...

My 2003 4.7 Ram is cutting out at low acceleration, cruising speed, at around 45-60mph. This is intermittent and I am not able to reproduce it all the time. But, when it does occur, it happens in the 45-65mph range.
If I accelerate harder when it cuts out, it drives right though it and stops cutting out. If I have my foot off the gas, I don't feel it cutting out. If I drive harder than normal through to 65-70mph, it never cuts out.
I replaced the TPS, it was cheap enough and I gave it a shot with that. It did not fix it.
There are no error codes right now.
One other thing, I have called this problem, hesitation, etc... But, I really think it is cutting out more than it is hesitating. It is hard to describe, I guess.
Any help is much appreciated!

New plugs at around 75k. Truck has 109k now.
Regular oil changes, air filter just changed.
Haven't touched fuel filter, original ignition coils, and plug wires.
Transmission oil looks good enough, not burnt up and is not low.
Evap canister replaced. TPS replaced. Battery cables replaced. Other than this, it has always run pretty darn good.
Currently no error codes.

It certainly seems to be through a certain speed, because it has never happened at speeds less than 40mph and never over 65mph.
Should I replace the plugs and wires or just plugs?
Should I go ahead and change trans fluid or do a partial change? Filters?
Yes, I am using the OEM air filter housing.

Plugs and trans filter change I dont think is the issue but just good maintenance to do since it needs it anyway. As for the OEM air filter housing, pick a dry dust free day and disconnect the air filter tube from the mouth of the throttle body and do a quick drive on the road to see if it still does it. You are mainly checking for air restrictions to the engine.

Ok, so I drove the truck for a while last night and to work today and here is what I can tell. The missing/cutting out happens in the 1400-1800 rpm range and it happened from 48-70mph. It was not constant, but often when I am in that rpm range and give it a little gas, I start to feel the missing/cutting out. If I get the rpm's above 2000, then I do not feel it.
Also, I checked for obstruction in and around the airbox and intake and it is clear.
Thoughts?
