Need to blow up truck....
First thing I'd do is find a different dealer because THE TSB put out BY CHRYSLER says you need to erase the PCM and re-program it to fix the issue. They should have this bulletin and procedure on file. As per the TSB:
The reprogramming procedure requires access to software and equipment that most owners do not have. The very long and involved programming procedure will not be posted here. To see the specific instructions, you can obtain or view a copy of this TSB at your dealership.
Secondly, I've erased my PCM and re-written it many times. EVERY time you use a tuner to tune it, you can read on the screen that it copies your PCM to the tuner, erases the PCM and writes it's tune to it. So for a tech to say you can't over-write your PCM to me means you need another tech/dealer.
ALSO, if you DO NOT have a PCM software update sticker in the engine compartment, then your PCM has not been updated. Chrysler mandates that ANY TIME the software is updated/modified, that a “Authorized Modification Label” p/n 04275086AB, be placed in plain view. No sticker means you are running the same faulty software that the truck shipped with.
IMO, your dealership is either A) woefully undertrained, B) extremely lazy or C) lying or is a combination of the three.
In the mean time, GROUND YOUR THROTTLE BODY, although I've not heard it fixing flat out stalling issues, it DOES help maintain idle fluctuation and may very well help. It's free or damn close to it and can't hurt...

No Sticker Means the Dealer just pulled the truck in, scanned for codes, reset the PCM and called it a day... then lied to you about it all.
Time to find another dealer to go to or assert yourself to them and tell them you aren't an idiot and you demand that he pull up the TSB, or put you in contact with the regional service manager.

Hey guys,
I have made an apointment next week to talk to the service manager and then im taking the truck to a diff. dealer.
I am going to replace the o2 sensors this coming weekend and map sensor to see if that will help, cant hurt have never changed them yet.
But about two weeks ago went to a different garage here and they did my intake seals where i had the leak. So yesterday out there looking around to see what else i can do to figure it out and notice that the tube from the EGR to the intake the clip was on wrong so pulled it off and the pipe was loose. so looked at the Egr and one of the bolts are loose and the other head of the bolt is gone, so they owe me a new egr or they better get that bolt out, thank god i kept my old one that i put back in.
But I had the truck stall on me 3 times today stopping at the light and noticed that when I was about to stop it staed to die i took my foot off the brake and it brought the rms back up soo i saved it a couple times more after the satlls, i dont know if that helps at all to figure this out but want to pass this on.
I also noticed that when I idle I hear a click in the engine department and then the idle goes up and down...is that what it should do?
