Default Signal lights and radio not working

Ok guys I need help BADDDD I recently put in a new stereo system into my 04 dodge ram 4.7 and everything was working fine but then I had to pull the fuse running to the battery so I could finish the install and I heard a little poping sound! I didn't think nothing at the time so I put everything back together and when I went to go check the radio out again it wouldn't turn on! Also on top of that the turn signals don't work unless you have the truck completely turned on! What could be my problem?

Blown fuse somewhere. Post up in the 3rd gen ram section. They should be able to help you out.

Welcome to DF!

Welcome to DF. Like HeyYou stated, post your question in the 3rd gen ram forum. I'm sure you'll get plenty of help there.

Welcome to DF
I would use a 12 volt test light or a DVOM to check the fuses. I will move you post to the 3rd gen ram section for you and this way you'll get more response.
