Numerous Fault codes - mostly dealing with O2
Hi guys. Hoping someone can shed some light. I have an 04 Dodge Ram, 5.7 Hemi, 2WD, 4DR. I have replaced all 4 O2 sensors. I have replaced the EGR valve. Symptoms include rough idle, engine cutting off, no acceleration, all intermittent. I noticed if i had a full tank of gas, the truck would run fine before I changed the O2 sensors. Once the tank reached a little over half of a tank, the truck would lose all acceleration. This stumped the hell out of me. Anyway, the codes were dealing with EGR valve. Changed that. Then O2 sensor. Changed all of those. Now I have the longest list of codes you can imagine!

I bought this Code Reader (which is awesome by the way) along with the Torque app for my phone. Researching these codes leads me no where. The plugs look good. I checked all of my grounds to the body up in the engine compartment. I've cleared the codes and they keep coming back.
In my fuse box in the engine compartment there is a Relay for O2 sensor and a fuse, both of which say it is for the 8.0 only. I took my AC Clutch fan relay, anyway, and put it in the O2 sensor spot and still no change. I put a 20A fuse in the O2 sensor fuse spot and still no change.
Don't worry about the Power Steering Switch above. I will change that soon as it doesn't affect how the truck accelerates and runs. I plan on changing the starter, which hopefully will take care of the Cam Position Sensor. The starter goes click and I have to keep bumping it to start the truck, so I think that will fix that.
The O2 sensors are what I am really trying to figure out, because they are all brand new. They are Bosch, but it would be hard for me to believe that all of those codes are because Dodge and Bosch aren't cool. lol.
Anyway, sorry for the long one, but any help would be greatly appreciated. I really don't want to go to the shop and get the runaround after paying 99-274 for a diagnostic and full day of them troubleshooting.

It looks like you have a broken valve spring on Bank 2

Looked at Valve Springs in Bank 2
I looked at Bank 2, which from my research suggested driver's side, and there does not appear to be any broken valve springs. Everything looked pretty good I think. I didn't do the passenger side yet, as there is a lot more to take a loose on that side and I didn't have time tonight. I will try the passenger side this weekend.
I did look at the manifolds and all of the bolts are there except a couple that hold on the heat shield. The heat shields were hanging, but I don't think that is a problem.
I am attaching some pictures.
Any other ideas? Can the manifolds be bad? Can the throttle body throw these codes if it needs cleaned? Can bad coil packs throw these codes?

That bolt should go through the heat shield, thru the manifold and into the block.
I suggested checking those because 1) its a common problem (breaking) and 2) if they are loose or broken, the engine might be sucking in fresh air from a bad exh gasket (seal) and the O2 is picking up the fresh air and giving codes
