It is a pain in the butt but it will lead you to the problem. Also check each union for corrosion. Sometimes the unions get funky and have to either be replaced or cleaned with a wire brush. After you clean them apply dielectric grease to both sides. Hope this helps?
I already checked the yellow wire it's not getting power for the passenger window switch.

That was one of the first things I did was check the driver side switch for the yellow wire for the passenger switch but it does not come from anywhere in the driver side window switch assembly

The cause of my problem is no power at the passenger side window switch via the heavy gauge yellow wire. I pulled apart the connector at the door jamb and verified there's no power coming into the door from the jam. I probably just run a new wire from the circuit breaker to the door.

Get a wiring diagram for your window and find out what the yellow wire is for. You might bypass another feature on your truck that is connected to your window wiring. Best to know what that wire is for? Wire chasing... I know how to do it and I hate doing it. Valuable skill but a headache.

I can roll every window up/down on the master switch and the rear window switches both work fine. It's only the passenger side switch that won't work. The door lock button works, but the window switch doesn't work and is not lit up. Any ideas?
Hey buddy not sure if you fixed this yet but it's 100 percent the master switch. If you had a broken wire or if even the other switch was unplugged the window wouldn't operate at all some how it messes with the system. Go to your local Autoparts store and buy one and try it in the parking lot I've seen this a dozen times

Sorry I just realized I hijacked the thread. But I was hoping the OP had the same problem as me. I bet when i spend some more time under the dash I find it was something i did all along. Like cut a wire or something installing an aftermarket amp or the foglights or my ambient under dash lights. Im gonna get under there today. maybe take some pics for entertainment.

Thanks you were right. I discounted the yellow wire coming out of the driver side window switch is being part of the power mirror system. The yellow wire on the driver side goes to the passenger side switch for power. I saw the YouTube video of the commonly occurring loose solder problem for that yellow wires pin. I just heated up the solder and reset it problem solved. I shouldn't have assumed that yellow wire was for the power mirror circuit.
