So I did the leak down test and air is coming out of the intake and the exhaust what next pull the heads and get new valves?

Yep, time to pull the heads. Once you have them off, see what things look like. They may or may not be salvageable.

May wanna check the cam as well, and make sure there is no damage to the lobes.

Ok will do the lifters had no marks on them at all as well
