P0113 IAT circuit high. This *could* cause a no-start, as the PCM will run the engine quite lean...... may not be a burnable mixture when the engine is cold.

p2106 means the pcm is limiting throttle opening, due to another failure elsewhere. (P0113 perhaps......)

Replace the IAT sensor. Clear codes, see if it starts.

Timing is controlled by the computer, and is not adjustable at all. If you are getting good spark, and have fuel pressure, check and see if you are getting injector pulse. (noid light, local parts store should be able to rent you one.)

Ok I checked the injectors and I have pulse and when I open the door the chime rings like the key is in and the wipers go on for a second.

With a noir light the wipers and chime have been doing that since I got the truck I didn’t know if that had anything to do with the no start

That would be: autoINcorrect.

Ok, you have spark, you have good pressure, and you have injector pulse..... it *should* run...... Pull a couple plugs, are they really wet??
