Yeah, replace the front O2 sensor(s). NTK or Denso only please.

That's what I'm thinking. The bank 1upstream o2 seems to be pegged rich, when I look at the graphs.

And the PCM has no clue that that particular sensor is lying to it. So, it interprets that the only way it knows how. Bank 1 is likely running excessively lean, so, the rest of the exhaust does as well.

Sounds about right. The frustrating part is this code is very intermittent, so it been difficult to troubleshoot.

Those are always the fun ones..... It's not a code that sets instantly though, the computer has to see the correct (incorrect???) conditions for X amount of time before it actually starts whining about it.

Yes that's true. Sometimes I can drive for an hour and it doesn't come on. Other times I can drive for 15 min and it sets.
