I was thinking maybe coil packs?? At a loss at this point. Maybe reprogramming??

Programming would be my guess. Maybe not enough fuel enrichment at cold start?

Initial diagnosis fee $175.00 and to reprogram $225. It could be as much as $500 or more to diagnose according to dealer.
