Default Soft brakes

Hey guys I'm sure this has been covered but I can't find it.
2003 ram 1500 4 wheel abs. The pedal is soft goes all the way to the floor before brakes work and the brake light and abs light are on. Seems to have no abs and the rear lock up if I jam the pedal but hard to tell if the front is even working.
I'm guessing master cylinder or abs module? Any advice would be much appreciated.

Start checking for a popped line to the front brakes.

Tried. Nothing is blocked off and they bled fine no air and calipers not upside down. Do you know if there's a special procedure to bleed the abs unit? Looks like it's been messed with recently and also looks like a new master or at least the reservoir

There is one, requires a scan tool to trigger ABS bleed.

I am guessing here, but, I bet you are correct, and the front brakes are NOT working. Is this something that has been a problem for a while? Or did it just happen? Any work done on the brakes of late??

This is probably an ongoing problem since you noticed the ABS was messed with and the master cylinder is new.
I would remove the master cylinder and bench bleed it. If there is air in the master cylinder it will never work correctly until you bleed it.
After the master cylinder is bled and re-installed, I'd recommend using a brake bleed tool that pressurizes the brake fluid reservoir. That will push out any air in the lines. It will be more effective at removing air than gravity bleeding or using the brake pedal.
Also may want to rebuild your calipers. Kits are only $3 per caliper and will give you a look inside.

I bought the truck like this recently and just getting around to fixing it so I can start driving it. Previous owner said new calipers pads roters and master I just need to reset the abs. Everything looks new this is why I'm confused.

Ok I will do the bench bleeding and get a proper bleed tool but the calipers are new. What about the abs bleed procedure? Is that a thing? Or should I just not worry about it

ABS bleed would be with DRB scan tool as Mag mentions.
So master cylinder and brake calipers are new, and ABS module has been wrenched. Someone may have already tried what you are doing, but still worth checking.
If you still have problems after doing the bleed then likely culprit is the ABS.

Exactly what I was thinking but I wanted to do the homework first.
