Default 2002 4.7L ram 15002wd p1391 code o need help

So I bought this truck 3 years ago after I had 5 strokes... It had high mileage but ran great.... I have replaced both crank and cam sensors, map sensor, coil packs and plugs, radiator, and battery...
Now the fun... I was driving my kids to school on the freeway, and all of a sudden it started shaking real bad and stalled out... I finally got it home by getting towed and seen I was shooting flames out my cutoff exhaust.. ran a code reader it said 02 sensors... Changed em, then when u start it and go to move it acts like no fuel... But only code now is this p1391 and I've already replaced both sensors... Please I need help... It's been down since January and we have had to rely on my wife's explorer for everything we have to do... I need help...

What brand sensors did you install? How is the wiring for the cam and crank sensors?

Duralast? These trucks really don't like aftermarket sensor in critical locations.

I got them at advanced auto parts and they were recommended to me by a dodge mechanic... Idk about the wiring... I'm bout to go check on it... But can anything else make it throw that code???

Gotta be the sensor, the wiring, or the PCM. Even something as simple as dirty connections can cause problems.

Only if one of the sensors reads from the balancer, and I don't think that is the case.
