Default Water leak

When it rains I end up with water under the rear passenger seat in the storage area. I clean the little drain hole out under the sliding rear window channel but it still gets wet.Any ideas on how to stop the water from coming in?

yep, that leak is usually from the third brake light. The lens is mounted at the rear of the roof line, right where it curves down. A thin coat of clear silicone on each side of the brake light gasket will probably fix it.

I'm with everyone on it probably being the third brake light. The gaskets tend to go bad after a long time.

Is your rear window glass original, or was it replaced at some point?

Rather than pull the glass out all over again, I deluged around the perimeter with a garden hose and located the new leak in the upper right corner. Let it dry really well, then I then squeezed in almost a whole tube of flowable silicone into the area over two applications and it resolved the problem. The stuff flows, so it settles and finds the holes before drying. Prior to all this, I thought it was my 3rd brake light too, but after hosing it down and pulling it off, it was bone dry in that location.

It's usually the 3rd brake light as mentioned. I sealed mine with clear windshield silicon as well, before it started leaking, years ago.. The only other possibility, if not the window seal itself, would be the satellite radio antenna on the roof if you have one.
