Any misfires showing up? Bank 1 is running REALLY lean.
no misfires that's I've seen. These are what FIXD app and Innova 3100RS scanners show.
FIXD:

This is INNOVA 3100RS

Ah, so the PCM is thinking S1 and S2 are swapped, not left to right. Looking at the readings, that is a reasonable conclusion. Where are the connectors for those two?

All 4 sensors are the same product #. I've switched them literally to every position. Same results

Connectors themselves are located on either side of the engine.

Moving the sensors from hole to hole won't matter, if the sensor itself is ok. It's the other end, the connector, that the PCM is whining about. It seems to think you have sensor 2 plugged in to where sensor 1 should be, and vice versa.

Wow, so maybe on the engine swap they crossed the connectors from PCM to sensor connection? I didn't know that was possible. Or even if they had enough line to cross them.

Yeah, I don't know where the connectors are, but, I think it's worth a look.

Well "Mr.You", the check engine light just turned off today. We drove it straight to smog test and passed both tests. Tags paid and vehicle is no longer PNO. Its been anywhere from 105°-110° the past few days so I didnt even have a chance to check crossed wires/o2 connections. I believe the advice you gave about the Denso o2 sensors did the trick! Absolutely amazing 👏. I will keep an eye on it and keep you posted if anything should pop up. Thank you brother!
