Default O4 Cummins lope at idle

Hey I have a 04 cummins ram 2500 300k miles it has a lope at idle when the motors cold (can be 80 degrees outside) and it will lope when warmed up it's fine. No blow by no smoke nothing but the lope has me worried about injectors. I put a brand new fca on it and it still does it. Never been tuned or anything

When's the last time you changed the fuel filter and air filter?
Does the lope happen at idle in park, in drive? All gears?
Does it lope with the AC off?
Does it happen when you put it into park from drive?
Check engine light on?
How old are the batteries?

The lope also isn't consistent like it'll lope then for a second it'll stop then lope again but it don't lope every time either

Can you post a video? Is it an early 04 or late 04?

What are you running for a tuner? Do you have a gauge to read rail pressure/cmd rail pressure? Whats lift pump pressure?

I would lean towards a fuel pressure issue first, either FCA or maybe the relief valve. Could do the relief test too
