Are you refering to the diesel block heater? I am pretty sure they come with it, you just have to purchase the cable. That is for the diesel though.

I read your question, but like squirtbottle09 indicated, i thought these block heaters were strictly for Diesel trucks, in extreme cold weather conditions..

Thanks for input.
I actually called the dealer today to ask as im missing mymanual book and they informed me that every 5.7hemi comes with the plug from factory (may be tucked away) and also recommende useing it, anything below -10? for 1-3hrs before starting to prevent future problems.. I thought i would share the info, I personaly didnt know it was there and will definetley use it in extrem cold weather.

i think that the dealer may be confused with the diesels. That is the same reccomendatiosn they have for the diesel engines. I have never heard of a block heater on the hemis, but i have been wrong before.

Hi

I havent got the hemi back from dealer yet to find it but the 5.9L also the CTD 3500 have them in the same spot if you open the hood , in the front by the radiator to the left side of it by the light about that hite zip tied to another cord.
Hope that helps.. Btw both trucks are 2003
