You'll find that FI isn't something that is done to our current Hemi's as much as you see with GM's V8's, among them L92, LS2 and LS3 and LS9 motors.
Unfortunately, the pistons in our current Hemi's are designed with short ringlands, so they don't hold up to boost very well, even at moderate levels. A reputable tuner in Florida (top GM HPTuner Instructor) personally told me that out of the 5 Hemi's they're shop boosted over the past several years, 4 of them didn't survive 6 months, and the other survived 8 months before a catastrophic ring failure. Subsequent to that experience, they refuse to boost any Hemi engines.
Obviously F/I's out of the question unless someone shows me that our current Hemi's weak ring design has been addressed. I'm not about to spend 8K on my truck if an engine replacement is likely within a short period of time. I've got almost 100K invested in 3 years of trial and error in my Corvette to get it to relatively reliable 900rwhp. I'm not about to start the same slippery slope with my DD. Been there, done it.
Just my .02 cents.

Thanks for the info guys. Some engine mods must be done aeh, like a piston and ring swap........Seems like a little more trouble than its worth.8-10 grand would be a little far-fetched for an added 100-150 hp.Oh well,it was just a thought.I just like the looks of a SC with a high rise intake plunged out of the hood.Too bad the pistons won't hold up.......
