FWIW, I had the PCM reflash done and it did not cure the vibration in my truck.

Mine just came off a truck a week ago. I think I feel the same thing in my pedal at around 2000 rpm range.

I had the RRT 09-004 "spark knock" PCM flash done yesterday and I found no improvement with the vibration, bummer. I did not think that it would, but I had hope.

the vibration is something that i have had in my past 3 vehicles, it feels to me like its road vibration since every time i hit a rough spot in the road it gets worse then back to normal.

its no big deal, your not going to have everything perfect. its not like you bought a Ferrari, porch, or lambo. Its a TRUCK get used to some un-perfect areas

This type of vibration has never been in any of my vehicles. It is not road related, it is HEMI related. It is not MDS related. My 95 Ram did not have it, my 02 Ram did not have it, but my 09 sure as hell has it and it shouldn't.

I'm pretty sure it's a vibration caused by certain types of road surface, not the material the surface is made of, but small grooves in that surface. It feels like a fairly high frequency vibration, and I've seen it on the same part of the road more than once. I believe that something about the revised structure of these trucks transmits that vibration in such a way that it ends up being felt in the accelerator pedal. Try this: Stick a few magnets to the rod the pedal is mounted on (assuming it's steel, I haven't checked mine) to see if changing the mass of the assembly dampens the vibrations.

If you've ever noticed stuff like pieces of rubber clamped on power steering hoses for no apparent reason, this is why-dampening a particular vibration that has been found to cause some problem.

The vibration that I feel is in the steering wheel, driver's seat, brake pedal and gas pedal. It is RPM dependent, not speed or road surface related. Does anyone have this buzz with a 4.7??? IMO, it is Hemi harmonics, but I don't know the cause/effect.

Ok, I think we're talking about two different things. What I feel is only through the accelerator pedal, and it doesn't seem to be rpm related.

Dr.Bill is having more issues than others. Most of the posts are referring to the slight vibration felt in the gas pedal when MDS is engaged. As earlier posted this is because of the harmonics change when at 4 cycl and also as stated this is a dodge truck and not a ferrari. So enjoy the truck for what it is and know that most you you bought it at ridiculously low prices!
