just as an fyi after ALL 7 Quarts are in the engine it will look like you over filled it as well until the oil filter completely fills up with the engine running for awhile.

On the valve, all you have to do is move the lever over and it drains. Once it's done draining, move the lever back over to where it locks in the groove. It's the next best thing to sliced bread.

No I don't have any affiliation with Fumoto Valve. I come from the diesel forums where we find some pretty cool products that are neat to have. Most of the diesel owners are a bunch of good ole boys that have a background in farming, mechanics or some type of skilled trade and love to find innovative ways to make jobs easier and smarter. I learned about the Fumoto Valve on the diesel sites and thought I would share it with you guys since these are the forums where I hang out now.

Hey MPD224,
I went on the site. I have used these FUMOTO's in my other vehicles as well as my Previous 03 Ram. I now have the 2009 Ram 1500 Crew Cab, Hemi. Which one is it. The F101 or F106?

so in the first post you said you dropped in a K&N, did you notice any difference ? I am trying to decide to buy an XDI system or just drop in K&N or wait to see if K&N will even make a cold air kit for the truck
