Design Pet Peeves (everybody's got them)
The evic display is very difficulto to read/see in poor light conditions ie light shining into it. Dissappinting choice of reflective materials for the display cover. Ditto for Navigation display.
No place to put sunglasses...
Driver side bottom door pocket is inaccessible when driving...
Why no Actual MPG and MPG since start?
+/- gear shifter should have been forward/back instead of left/right
Rearseats should have option for backs to fold down.
Antenna should have been built into the windscreen or other place.

good call on the sunglasses spoon, that bothered me too. i eventually found a good place to keep maui jims flex frames. they fit nicely on top of the rear view mirror w/ the arms around the mirror mount.
For those that are upset about the console shifter moving left/right, I wholeheartedly disagree.
I've had a VW in the past where from Park, you pulled it back to D, moved off, then moved it left out of D into the Tiptronic mode and then nudged it forward or back to change up/down. So much of a PITA that I never bothered, and just drove it in D.
Contrast with Mercedes or RAM. Pull back to D, drive off. Nudge left/right to change.
I guess I do have one gripe. Nudge it left from D and it goes to 5. Effectively the same as where you were (except no MDS). Why not have it go to 4 on the first nudge left?

I have the console/floor shift and my sun glasses fit right under the climate control. Maybe I have a little more storage or places to put them with the console.
So far my only gripes so far are:
Chrome console trim blinding me, backup camera is hard to judge, no blind spot mirrors, no coin holder, steering wheel is too slippery (might be becuase I used leather cleaner on it), gas cap holder. I'm sure I'll find others and some of these may grow on me. I've only had the truck for 5 days.

Could be. I've got the 6 seat configuration, so there is a pull down cup holder under the climate control panel. you can toss the glasses in one of the cup holders, but the last 5 cars I've had - had a sunglass holder in the roof console.
Now that you mention it, the UConnect button should be on the steering wheel, not the radio.
I don't like the console shifter. You should have to move the shifter over to another gate to change forward gears. I've noticed that when I make a left turn and I have my hand on the shifter, as the truck turns I'll pull the shifter over and it'll hang in first - not a good design. On my wife's BMW you have to move the lever to the left and then toggle it forward or back to change forward gears.
Another thing that gripes me is the Tow/Haul button - when it's engaged the truck will only go to 4th gear even though 5 is displayed in the instrument panel. It should shift into 5th so when you're on a flat highway you don't have to worry about pushing in the button to get your MPG up when you're towing.
