It comes on ONLY when in 4 cyl.mode.

I just talked to my Dodge dealer service dept. regarding this flash, they said that I can not get this done do to I haven't complain regarding to what this flash is suppose to patch. What a bunch of BS, so tomorrow when I go in to get a rrt regarding the ABS fix, I ask them again.

 

There must be a conspiracy to keep us from getting this stupid light!

 

I just got a response from Dodge to the complaint I sent in regarding this flash not working on dual exhaust. Dodge response "In response to your email regarding the flash update, we suggest that you continue to work with your servicing dealer. If the dealer has been unable to determine or resolve your concerns, you request them to seek additional technical assistance from our regional business center. If your concern are still not resolved after consulting the business center, please contact our office at 1-800-992-1997 between 8am to 5pm Monday - Friday (Central time)." However the more funny thing is my dealer won't do the flash as he says it doesn't go to my truck. Lets see 09 V8 5.7L Hemi w/MDS: check, Engine order code EZD,EZH: check EZD. ????????

 

I just had the first oil change, and dealer must have done the flash, as I now have the fuel saver light, on an 09 Ram sport (built Mar 09), WITH factory dual exhaust, so someone (your dealer ? ) aint telling the truth

 

It looks like a generic automotive corporate response just to appease you instead of answering your query or directing your question to the appropriate department.

 

Finally! A success story..... and with dual exhaust. So everyone is getting bs with this. whats the deal?

Do some dealers get the RRT and some don't? Is it hard to find in the computer? Does it cost them much money? Are they just ignorant?
