The big 3 manufacturers including Chrysler made major changes to their security for 2011. That has been the major reason why our 2011 apps are not already out. We have test files ready but are still having issues cracking the security to allow us to write the files to the PCM's.

Unfortunately I have not been offered any timeline for that to be resolved. However, when I do I will definitely let everyone know.

After reading 1/2 this thread, I'm not seeing anything about mpg increase. Is there a economy tune in the SC unit and how many tunes does it hold at one time? Does the transmission tuning program cost extra or does it come with the SC unit?
I plan on buying tuner after I get back to the states and mpgs is one of the main things I am looking for, it would be nice if it could turn the fog lights to on with your bright lights on too.

Yes sir, the model 3855 Flashpaq or 3851 Mileage XS programmers offer tunes specific for mileage gains. Our beta testers in the field reported up to 4 MPG improvements when using our SAVE tune.

Of course the tuning is not a miracle worker by itself. A more moderate driving style will also need to be observed in order to make it work. For example: light throttle off the line, maintaining a cruising speed in OD, breaking early when you come to a stop, etc...

So far all I know is that the Chrysler PCM's are the hardest to break at the moment due to the file complexity and the new security added. No concrete dates provided unfortunately.

I updated my SC today and used the 91 quicktune and added 6400 rev limiter, 140 speedo, dissabled MDS. I have two questions, first to second shift is 6200 (nice), what is second to third gear shift at with this tune. I don't have a safe highway to to check it right now. And the next time I go back to the stock tune and reinstall the quicktune, does my rev lim, speedo, and MDS disabled come back with it? Or will I have to add those settings again? EDIT: I just took it out on the highway and second to third is around 5900...that seems to be good shift point but I may try 6000. However, I think first to second 6200 is cutting it a little close. It feels like torque is just about to fall off so I think 6100 would be better for me so I'll change that tomorrow and try it. I'm going to leave the rest like it is for now, it"s good enough for me...props to SC for all the hard work and a flawless update!

I've been following this thread closely for a little while. Please excuse me if my questions have already been answered.

Does the Cortex come with the Torque Management already installed?

The Superchips website says the Cortex gets a 40+ horsepower increase, while the Flashpaq gets a 23+ horsepower increase. I thought they both had the same horsepower increase.

Currently Superchips is offering a rebate. If I buy the programmer from an authorized dealer with a 15 dollar off coupon code, will I still be able to get the rebate?

The Cortex was a typo and is getting changed as I type this. The Flashpaq numbers are correct for the 2009 Hemi Ram.

Not sure about the rebate because we have a strict minimum resale value to our product that if the dealer is going below that it might affect the rebate for you.

Forward the dealers info to customer service for an exact answer on your rebate. Customer service can be reached at 888-227-2447.
