2011 Outdoorsman.. Wheres my 115v outlet?
Well here's the final verdict on the truck.... after a long process of jumping thru hoops Chrysler has narrowed down my options to 3. I can either have the truck bought back from me, in which case I will be able to buy a new truck, with the correct options on it, I can have the options that are missing installed on my current vehicle, or I can receive $3,000 as a rebate for the options missing.
I plan on option one, where I can get a new vehicle in place of my old one. Now I just need to get some time to go and look at some new trucks.
Thanks for your help and advice guys. I appreciate it.

Thats great news for you. Congrats.
I have a 2011 Ram 1500 Outdoorsman and what the sticker says is not on the truck.I called Dodge and got the ball rolling on 27 Nov 2010.The day after i bought it.It said I have floor mounted shifter,NOT.It said it had 115 Volt outlet,NOT.It said it had power lumbar support,NOT.(not even manual lumbar adjust). It said it had 10 way power seats,NOT.Well I called the Dodge # under vehicle complaints. They played the blame game but I kept it up.I met with the Dodge rep and he agreed with me.I said give me $500.00 and we are even.Refused.He said I have to wait for a decision.Well he called me last month and said he would settle for $1,000.00 i said OK.Received the check 23Feb 2011.Do not give up they know they goofed up.I told him about 2 more trucks on the lot that were wrong and he said Dodge is notifying them and thanked me for my concern.(Yea right)The e-mail for the Rep is SLS111@chrysler.com. Sam Salter.
DO NOT GIVE UP.Oh yea he said the truck was made in KY.It was built in Mexico.I know more than him.He also did not know what a 26T customer preferred package was??? Im in NE PA so you might have a different rep

That is correct! The right side of the sticker will tell a lot about how the truck was ordered. That is where you will see it was ordered with 60/40 split bench seat.

Congrats I should have finished reading prior to my previous post.
First post here. Just ordered new custom build '11 Outdoorsman with alot of options. Thanks for the heads up on all of the above. Expecting delivery in 6 to 8 weeks. Will definitely be doing an inventory before turning key on day 1 of new ownership. Currently own a '93 Dakota. it has been a well behaved 4x4 and served me well the last 18yrs. gonna miss it......Well, maybe not too much. Previous 2 vehicles were Ramchargers (79 & 84), miss them. But Dodge never came back with another SUV I liked.
Hate to beat a dead horse but I have the dealer looking into this as well. So far they have a copy of the sticker and a printout of the build sheet. I keep telling them that my concern is that the package is $2595 with the listed options. I told them that I paid the same amount for a package that the next guy did who got the options. His response is "but you didn't pay the sticker price anyway, right?" I replied that we both worked the deal off the same sticker price so that point is mute. He agreed, to a point then countered with "you have a locking differential, try putting that on for $2595" I replied that that really wasn't a good point as the differential is already priced into the package. He huffed around and called his district manager and had to leave a message as it was Friday afternoon, we'll see what happens.
