This one

Not as good of quality as Retro, but was the only plug n play I could find for a 921. It was actuall a standard size hid bulb, but it had a rubber/
Silicone base that would allow it to fit sung into any housing. Pretty cool idea I think. No water or air can get it and u could pretty much put it into any socket.

I'm going to order a set of those tomorrow! I ordered a set DDM HID's for my reverse lights. I was pretty pissed after 3 weeks of waiting they finally shipped from China, then I got them and they were the wrong ones, they wanted me to pay to send back to China (not there warehouse), then they said once I received my HID's they'd ship out my next set... I said screw it and put them on craigslist and sold them.

This setup looks like it'll work just fine. If you could, would you be able to take a shot of what it lights up in the distance? If not no biggie! Thanks for the link, since I forgot the name of the site!

Toby, thanks very much, sweet pictures!! Those things look pretty bright for being 15watts! Can't wait to put these in, I think I'm going to wire in a switch to the cab so i can turn them on manually!

I ordered mine the night you posted that link. Should see them next week.

That would be a sweet option. Tailgaters beware!

Toby, they came in today! I put them in and sweeeeeeeeeeeeet! I didn't realize this company is in NJ, not to far from where I am, probably the reason I got them so quick!

When I wire a switch in I'll tell you how I did it if you are interested!!

Toby did you run retros or projectors on yours? Just curious, im getting some people flickering at me every now and then. Not sure if its just glare from my stocks, have them set too high, or if its just the people with sensitive eyes. It definitely looks sharp tho, i contemplated putting all blue in my headlights, but I went with 6K on the headlights and 4300K on the fogs. I think it kinda throws the colors off on my truck a little but I think it works better as a "fog" light tho!

Also curious, are you running a tuner to provide you with highs with your fogs? Or have you modded that out? Looks not bad...

As far as the HID reverse lights, I think its a pretty good concept for sure, but honestly I would rather see an HID setup on the rear cab light. That way when you unlock your truck those lights would turn on. The switch is already there so you can turn them on if you needed more light while reversing, and blind those tailgaters Mikey haha! One thing I wish dodge would do, is turn those reverse lights on upon unlock! Then I think I would put reverse HIDS in...But they do look good...

You could put this hid reverse kit up in the cargo lights, “I think” as the bulbs are the same size. It would be hard to get the ballasts inside the housing, but might be possible because the ballasts are very small.... That’s a pretty sweet idea. I have LED lights up there right now and they do a great job of lighting up everything when I unlock the truck, but HID would be better.

I did not do projectors. The cost to do projectors in the highs, lows, and fogs was a little out of my price range. I did want the lights to be the same color though, that’s why I replace all 3. The 55w 5k lights are not too drastic of a color change from the factory light color. I have not been flashed yet. My buddy put 55k 6k in his ford in the lows and fogs and got flashed 2 times the first night.

My lights are super bright but could pass as a factory option for people who don’t know much about vehicles. The 6k looks too blue to be factory in my opinion. I don’t know how much of a difference this makes to people who meet you driving.

I really like how the colors are the same. No matter if I run my highs and lows, or my lows and fogs, on all 3 the color on the road looks the same and blends into one big area of light.

I don’t have a switch to keep my fogs and highs on yet. I had someone holding the stalk back when I took that picture. My dealer did say he would try to see if his Tech tool could enable to fogs to stay on with the highs, but we haven’t got together yet to try it. Someone called this a "euro flash", but I haven’t got a 100% answer if it can be done.

Glad to hear you got them so fast. Check and make sure that polarity is correct on the 921 connector they send. Mine were opposite, so I had to bend the prongs to the opposite sides. It was easy, but I was worried they might break, but they did not. Other than that, just plug em in and be amazed. lol
