Below is one of the Work Orders AFTER they replaced the front axle and it didn't correct it. Chrysler Canada is saying that the Transfer Case has now been repaired, because the "CLUTCH/GEAR" has been replaced. However, how come the CLUTCH/GEAR part number isn't listed below in the PARTS area? I've had ALOT of engine work done previous, and EVERY part number is always listed. Also, this CLUTCH/GEAR part was replaced the same day as taking apart the transfer case. Really? You just had spare Borg Warner parts lying around?

Some "HEMI tick`s" can also be the fuel injectors,
i`ve seen many HEMI`s have ticking noise`s and turned out to be just noisy fuel injectors.

Best way to know for sure is to go get yourself a stethoscope from autozone or advance auto. Then listen to each injector. If its a noisy one, you sure as hell know it when you hear it, they are rippin loud when you hear one thru a stethoscope. I will post a link in here to show you what to use to check them. The stethoscope`s are very cheap. Every home garage guy should NEVER be without one. You`d be very surprised how fast you can find a problem with something by using one.

Best money you`ll ever have spent...!

So, my engine knock is back. After 1,000 kms the knocking noise started again. It only does it after the truck is warm, and after driving for 5 minutes.

I'm at a loss now on what to do. I'm fairly confident the knocking noise is coming from the block, because when they changed out the block with a short block, the noise went away for 1,000 kms. For reference sake, here's the noise:

Any ideas? Do I take it back again? Do I just live with it? I just find it hard to LIVE with a knocking engine, when I havn't heard this noise in any other Hemi.

I seriously doubt chrysler is going to do any more for you,
soooooo, either learn to live with it, or burn it mez.

You can take it back and see what they`ll do,
MAYBE you might even get lucky enough and they`ll buy it back from you.
But then again, all you will likely get told is, "its as per design" (a chrysler favorite)

I feel bad for ya brother, nobody should have to go thru this.
Also feel your pain, as i`m in a fight with them right now as we speak.
