My experience with dealer sevice has been great. Oil used by them has always been a major brand (Penzoil, Mobil, etc). Last deal they had was $25 for oil change and tire rotation. I can hardly do that myself for that price. They also offer a $75 package for 3 changes good for 18 months.

Interesting that those who talk about the stealership rarely if ever mention a private garage. Wonder why? I can tell horror stories about some private garages. I can also tell good stories about private garages. This applies to dealerships also.
