So I bought the Mopar 2" leveling kit
I bought the 2" mopar leveling kit today through my dealer I bought my truck. Was certainly pricey to say the least, $200, however that $200 goes a long way because it doesn't void my warranty. They wanted $150 to install, which to me, is not too bad. I was wondering if others have run this kit, and if so what are your reviews.
Also, after reading numerous threads, I am still a bit confused on what will keep the truck slightly *** high. If I have a 2 inch front lift, will a .5-1inch lift be needed in the rear to have a touch higher in the rear?

correct. The 2" front level kit will make the truck sit perfectly level so you will have to raise the rear .5 to 1 inch to keep some rake if you want. Also could you get me the part number for that kit. My dealer says it does not exist.
keep us posted. i've been on the fence about the mopar 2'' level kit, all leveling kits in general. have read way to many posts about the 4x4 vibration and the CV damage that leveling kits are doing but yet you read how guys love their set-ups its difficult to decide when you read so much.
The more and more I think about it, I feel as though a perfectly level vehicle is just as good as a little *** high. Sure, its going to sag when you tow or haul, so if we all agree that looks stupid, then we must all agree as well that driving around 24-7, with our noses digging into the ground looks equally as unflattering. 90% the time I am unloaded. However the 10% of the time I am not, its very heavy, so I may consider throwing a 1 inch in the rear too. Im not so worried about any damage to my drivetrain seeing the service guy said they don't void warranty. I will def keep you all posted.

Was the mopar kit made by rancho? Yes please post the part number if you can as my dealership says they dont have anything either. Wouldnt be to bad of a deal to just have them replace the cv joints under warrenty as long as your under the 36k mile marker. I see you have a 2010 so my hopes of it being a 2009 issue has been smashed! Were you running stock wheels or aftermarket? What offset if so on aftermarket?

I was running stock rims and rubber... the angle was just too severe with the leveling kit.

Is your truck 4WD. I have an 09 CC 2WD and the dealer quoted my $600 for a 2.5" leveling kit. They had a couple of trucks on the lot with this lift on 33"X17" wheel set up and they looked great. The part number the dealer gave me is P5155387. Here is link to both trucks with this kit both 2WD.

I have the Mopar leveling kit on my 2010 CC 4x4 and have had no issues with it. I have 8k-9k miles on the leveling kit and no vibration's. The truck sit's perfectly level. The kit is made by superlift as that is what it said on the box when I picked it up from the dealership. Make sure they do a good alignment on the truck. My tech didn't and I had to bring it back in to get it fixed. If you are worried about it sagging when you tow buy the firestone helper airbags. This is what I plan on doing in the spring when it is time to tow the boat. I am running BFG 275/65/20 which is the same width as stock but 34 inches tall. Let me know if you have any other questions
Here is the part number to the 2" kit I was sold from the dealer: P5155211
Do you know how much those air bags go for? That seems to be the smartest/most efficient thing to do instead of going in there and having to add a spacer to accommodate for weight sag when towing and hauling. I am pretty excited. I am running 275/60/20s Toyo Open Country tires on stock 20" inch rims. I think I may upgrade the tire after these wear out some more. But on the whole, I think this will be a fun modification. Especially here in Maine, sometimes you need to break open a snow packed driveway and I am not interested in smashing in my front bumper.
I am glad to see all of us Dodge guys are working together to find the combination that work best for our vehicle. Oddly, the Dodges are a bit dispositioned when it comes to the front ends being a little low. I know they look sporty being a little lower to the ground, but we all bought 1/2 tons for a reason right?
Also, if you guys don't mind, take a look at this other forum thread, I don't understand all this misinformation out there regarding superlift and mopar, and actually sizes of the spacers. And what is the member on that forum talking about with the leveling shocks and struts?
