$180 does sound like a pretty decent price. other options that I have found.

nice looking box but spendy

your basic MDF enclosure and a lot cheaper

EDIT*

Found this guy on ebay that says he can do custom fiberglass boxes for under the seat @ $70 per side. May be worth looking into.

Yeah the eBay Guy looks legit. I wonder if he'd do a dual sub box instead of 2 singles

I like that ebay box. Especially since I don't have to jack up my seat to make it fit.

The only issue is, the subs i just bought have a suggested size of 1.0-1.5 cu ft (combined for the PAIR). Most fiberglass boxes are like 2 cu. ft. If i understand correctly, having the box too big is just as bad as too small. I'm aiming for a box with 1.2 (each sub suggests .6 cu ft, with a range tolerance of .5-.75). If my assumption is correct, would I be better off getting a complete 3/4" mdf box so its the correct cu ft? Or is there a way to make the fiberglass ones smaller?

Wait, which subs did you buy? I for some reason thought the p3's wanted .75 to 1.25 cu ft per sub... And I was looking it up, the p3's prefer a sealed box over a ported box. Certain subs do better in different types of enclosures, I will post the link.

exactly. I want a sealed box with 1.2 total cu ft. exactly what the 10's call for.

edit: im getting 10's not 12's cherry. 10's work much better for my kind of music.

Oh, ok, sorry, I missed that part somehow lol. That should work perfectly for those subs!
