dude i've taken the door panels off MANY vehicles and NEVER had them come off as easy as the rams. its amazing honestly. heres how:

The fronts: remove phillips screw in triangle section covering mirror bolts, remove phillips screw behind door handle, remove both phillips screws at bottom of door, remove torx screw holding the handle to the lever mechanism. thats only 5 bolts total!! lift the panel and it just pops right off peice of cake. it takes literally 2 minutes if you dont have a clue what you're doing...30 seconds if you do.

the back is even easier. Only 2 bolts. the phillips behind the handle, and the torx inside the handle. lift and remove door panel.

so easy a caveman could do it...

I'll have about $275 wrapped up in this box. So about the same as a nice prefab
How much fiberglass mat did you use? I would like to do this fiberglass box also. I bought a cheap prefab and im not happy with it. Not enough air space. I have never messed with fiberglass, so im learning from you. Keep up the good work!

you'll need about 12 sq ft per layer. you should do at least 4-5 layers, so roughly 50-60 sq ft. you'll also need 2-3 gallons of resin
