Ford Fusion outsells Chrysler brands
Ford's Fusion midsize car outsold all seven Chrysler brand models combined in June. Chrysler's two minivans, which for years dominated their market segment, were outsold by the Honda Odyssey.
With sales down 46 percent from the first half of last year, analysts say the company faces a huge challenge to make money again.

Hopefully, the Fiat based cars will help overcome this. The Fusion gets the best fuel mileage of any midsized car, especially the Hybrid and Ford's quality has surpassed Toyota for number one. I must say that I have no complaints about my 3 Dodges that I bought last year and Dad loves his 08 Grand Caravan as well.
Chrysler sales were way down because of the uncertainty of the bankruptcy and merger. I hope things will improve now that this is all in the past.

I'd put my wife's Avenger up against any Fusion. This thing gets mid 30s for MPG regularly, with a best thus far of 37. If Dodge would advertise it, and stop pushing trucks so hard, they might get the ball rolling. They didn't get a leadership change like GM did, so I don't know how much is really going to change...
